Hello and thank you for your order. We try to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders received by 2:00 pm EST M-F are shipped the same day and most are shipped within 24 hours of receipt (1 business day). However, please understand that due to overwhelming volumes, orders can be delayed an extra 1-5 days. Orders from certain countries may be required to provide additional ID validation before orders are shipped. Contact us for more details.

All customers are emailed shipping confirmation and tracking number once the package goes out. USA orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail 2-3 day service. International orders are shipped via USPS Global Express 3-10 day service. All orders are protected by our 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee! If you do not receive an email, check your SPAM filters.
